| We have currently invested in 13 new CNC machines, 6 vertical machining centers, 2 horizontal machining centers and 5 turning centers. We have bar feeders on 3 of our lathes and pallet changers on several of the mills. We specialize in extremely complex close tolerance parts in many alloys and some plastics. All our mills have probes to ensure accuracy of the parts. Our lathes can make parts using the bar feeders with original diameters as small as .25" up to 2.5 ". Our Multiplex 620 lathe can handle parts up to 8" in diameter. |
