MMP's strength is in the manufacture of custom close tolerance sheet metal fabrication in many different alloys. We have invested in "State of the Art" technology and automation. We do "Robotic Welding" in both steel and aluminum.
We are one of the premier companies in the United States for our Spot Welding capabilities. We have 10 spot welding machines, 8 of which are powered to do aluminum work. All welds are pull tested and well documented. Our spot welders are mil-spec certified. We have 2 Lasers with shuttle systems as well as an auto focus feature which automatically recognizes different thicknesses in material. Our punching capacity is significant having 5 Amada turrets. We operate 2 shifts.
